Notwithstanding the true native behavior of internet users, in the fall of 2008 the GoldenValleyFootball.com web site is a simple "Web 1.0" site constructed from static web pages. This clearly means that we don't yet host postings of thousands of visitor comments as to which SCV team will top the Foothill League this fall.

This does not mean that GoldenValleyFootball.com does not invite two-way communication. The webmaster is a volunteer, dedicated to improving the football program at Golden Valley, and in need of your inputs to aid in our quest. If you can provide the web site with useful content, however small your contribution may be, please contact the e-mail address below.

The 2008 Golden Valley high school football season is fast approaching, and as you read this, the game program (also known as the media package) may already have gone to press. This means that program advertising is no longer on sale. Advertising packages that include game announcements, "fence banners", scoreboard marquee bulletins, and program inserts may yet be available. The boosters are still accepting sponsorships that carry with them web site advertising and links as a free bonus. The sponsorship packet linked to above is now out-of-date; contact us at 661-309-9714 for updated information.

If you have sponsorerd the 2008 Golden Valley football teams, please be certain that you have provided the required advertising artwork. Every level of support also carries with it free advertising on this web site; even if your sponsorship is at a very low level, you still may receive a free business card size advertisement on this site. At 72 pixels per inch, a standard 262w by 150h pixel advertisement measures 3.5" by 2". Pictorial business cards will be used on web pages that do not incorporate video in order to prevent bandwidth conflicts for web site visitors. Text-only business cards are used on pages with video. The business cards in 12 point type and GVHS Grizzlies black and gold color scheme are only nominees for your preferred advertising; contact the "postmaster" e-mail address below to let us know of your preference.

This year's football teams are working harder than ever to achieve their goals. To help make the 2008 football season a success, the Golden Valley High School Football Boosters are asking for your support.  Here is your chance to show your appreciation to the many Golden Valley high school students and families that are your customers all year long.
